What working with us actually involves.

What kinds of systems do you actually build?

Six connected disciplines: AI agents and chatbots, workflow automation, custom AI systems built over your own data, web applications, integrations between the tools you already run, and the cloud infrastructure to deploy all of it. Most projects use several of them together rather than one in isolation.

Can an AI agent hand a conversation to a person?

Yes, and we treat that as part of the design rather than an afterthought. Escalation rules decide which cases an agent handles, which go to a human, and what happens when it is not confident. Our WhatsApp support build answers routine questions automatically and hands the complex ones to your team.

Will it work with the systems we already use?

That is usually the point. We build the integration layer that connects CRMs, payment systems, communication platforms and internal databases, including the credential and access handling that keeps those connections secure. Past work has connected Stripe, ShipEngine, WhatsApp Business and Gmail into single workflows.

Which technologies do you build on?

Next.js and TypeScript on the interface, FastAPI and Python for services, OpenAI and Gemini for the AI layer, n8n for automation pipelines, and Docker and Kubernetes for delivery. We choose the simplest stack that solves the problem rather than the newest one.

Do you build ordinary software too, or only AI?

Both. Plenty of the work is straightforward product engineering: interfaces, data models, authentication, billing and deployment. AI is added where it earns its place, not because it is expected.

What happens after the system goes live?

Delivery includes the infrastructure, monitoring and handover you need to keep extending the system without us. We release on repeatable infrastructure with health checks, then watch real usage to see what the system handles, what it escalates, and where it gets things wrong.
