How does a project start?
With discovery. Before anything is designed we map what happens today: who touches the work, which systems it passes through, where it stalls, and what a good outcome would look like in numbers. Most of that stage is questions rather than proposals.
What do you need from us to begin?
A description of the process that feels slower, less connected or more manual than it should be, and access to the people who run it day to day. You do not need a specification or a technical brief; producing that is the second stage of our process.
What does a project cost?
Projects run from around $100 to $10,000 depending on scope. Where a piece of work falls in that range is settled in the Define stage, when the architecture and the boundary of what is in and out of scope are written down, rather than guessed at the first conversation.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, which is why we fix scope before development starts rather than estimating around an unknown. Work then ships in focused increments that are integrated and tested as they land, so you see something working early instead of waiting for a single reveal at the end.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
